1b1b超大卧室招租，男士优先，女士限短租，家具厨具十分齐全，拎包可住，短租可提供被褥等铺盖。 3月30号起可以入住，租期长短可商议。
卧室比一般的大卧都要大，17'3''X12'9''，相当于20多平米，另有两个closet,一个walk-in closet，另一个closet镶镜子可供平时穿衣整理，因为卧室是走入型设计，声音绝对隔绝很好，不受任何影响。室内现有一个king size 大床，椅子, 台灯，地灯，桌子，转椅可供使用，拎包可住。
卧室非常安静，不临街道，不临垃圾场，窗外是公寓小花园和泳池，下午有阳光。
厨房和卫生间非常宽敞，厨房面积15'0X9’9‘’，相当于普通小卧面积, 1B1B房型人少冰箱也绝对够用，而且厨房里还有另一扇直接通往外面走廊的门，避免油烟。
公寓离地铁站3分钟路程，坐地铁距离GWU10分钟行程。
Crystal Towers 24小时前台服务，内有健身房，游泳池，24小时便利店，美发屋，公共烧烤设施，公寓一楼的大厅非常豪华，免费无限量打印、复印室！还有独立的24小时自习室，自习室免费提供咖啡、红茶，月初周末上午还有免费欧式早点，每周末有免费瑜伽课。
Towers的后门通向Costco大卖场，几乎是美国最便宜的超市，买菜及生活用品绝对不愁。过了Costco继续走就是商业区bestbuy,CVS,marshall,Fashion Center, MACY's，Nordstrom，星巴克还有各种餐馆饭店，他们距离公寓才10分钟路程，生活极其方便。
公寓步行5分钟的路程还有一家社区图书馆，有安静的自习室是学习办公的好地方。

This bed room is 17'3'' X12'9'' , and also has two closets,one of them is walk-in closet and the other is ordinary closet, whose door was covered with two large mirror. We have already put some furniture in the bedroom, so it will be easy for you to move in. The view is great from the window. You can see a beautiful garden and a pool from the window.Kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom isolated with each other, and the wall is soundproofed.
